At inCAP, our mission is to equip Chinese students and their families to effectively face the language, cultural, and lifestyle challenges of an American university by ANALYZING each student to find the right match for their future college education, PREPARING them to meet challenging admission requirements, GUIDING them through the complicated college application process and COACHING them throughout their high school career so they have sufficient knowledge, solid learning habits and healthy self-confidence to achieve their goals.

We are more than a college application assistance company. While we do have trained and experienced guidance counselors, ready to give advice and assistance during the application process, we want to work with students during their entire high school career. We recognize that simply getting accepted into a US college or university is only one part; we want students to be successful once they arrive in the United States.

We are uniquely positioned and qualified in this area. Our company is American; our heritage is Chinese. Francis and Betty were born in China, grew up in Taiwan and came to the United States for graduate school. In 1987 they started a company which is still thriving today and is the foundation for inCAP. Their sons were born in the United States and all graduated from Cornell University and now run the company with their parents. We leverage this unique background to understand both cultures, Chinese and American, and are able to bridge the gap in ways that no one else can. Through our virtual platform environment, we are able to bring American Guidance Counselors and Chinese students together face-to-face providing students with coaching that they are unable to access otherwise.
